The bakery of the Kupetz Eliseevs Food Hall is run by the French chef Christophe Frigard. Every day more than twenty types of bread are baked: Italian focaccia, French baguettes and croissants, grain and royal bread, with olives and dried tomatoes, classic and based on secret recipes. Every day we make our customers happy with the freshest French buns. The confectioner personally controls the process, since all the ingredients are mixed by hand. A baker sends baking sheets into the oven right before your eyes in the bread department of the main hall.
