Cheeses with white mold
Exclusive cheeses are presented in the Kupetz Eliseevs Food Hall. Cheese with mold have a sharp smell of hay, mushrooms, hazelnuts and mold, and their taste ranges from mild to very strong. It contains a lot of calcium, a vast complex of vitamins like water- and fat-soluble groups, salts of phosphorus. Cheese is a good source of protein, which is rich in essential amino acids.
